He's made one appearance since he went back. Came on as a sub in the eighty-sixth minute against West Brom on 17th September.

Perhaps you and musta should 'spend some time together'.

You two are doing it twice? Good show.
You know, I'm sick of following my dreams, man. I'm just going to ask where they're going and hook up with 'em later.

It's worth remembering that he works for Leeds United, he's most likely contractually obliged to co-operate with the in-house media to an extent. If somebody approaches him asking him if he's pleased to be keeping a clean sheet, after a game where he was probably Man of the Match, is he supposed to tell them to fuck off? That'd please his employers.

An evening with Colin:-

"Join us here at Elland Road on Thursday 22 March for an evening with Neil Warnock. This event is your exclusive opportunity to pose questions to the new manager and meet him in person.
Starting at 7pm, you'll enjoy a delicious three course meal in our West Stand Nicky Chapman Suite before the gaffer takes to the stage to share his thoughts and answer your questions.
The menu for the evening is a hearty Yorkshire broth, followed by roast rack of pork stuffed with black pudding, served with saute potatoes and chantenay carrots. Dessert is a vanilla creme brulee with palmier biscuits and fresh coffee and chocolate mints to finish.
The price for this event is just £29.50 per person. To book your place please call 0871 334 1992 or click here to buy online.

We look forward to welcoming you to Elland Road."
I'll take you out for a meal with Mr and Mrs. Pain, order up some violent quiche

I was looking for some other info on t'net about Colin when I came across this and thought you could almost substitute the names Grayson and Connolly.

http://www.london24.com/sport/championship/qpr_2_5433/qpr_midfielder_warnock_abandoned_me_now_i_want_my_place_back_1_1177467

It made me wonder, so a little google search revealed that during his QPR time alone Buzsacky, Cook, Taarabt, Vine, Ramage, Chimbonda, Rowlands, were all also reportedly unhappy with their treatment by warnock either training with the kids, not going on squad trips and not getting a squad number etc.

Exactly the same things the Leeds players moaned at that nasty Simon Grayson for in his lair at far-away Thorp Arch, and that so shocked Kenneth and 90MPH

Footballers eh? Tssk

Exactly. And now he's trying to get rid of half of them on loan, although that's proving more difficult than it seems - again, similar to SG's problems. Sam, Paynter, Forssell, Taylor, Nunez, Rachubka, Parker, AOB all offered out on loan. Of those, Taylor & Chubs gone & Sam off to Notts County. Most of the others have refused moves. Presume he's doing it to free up some wages for loans/next season but it won't make him popular with the squad.

Why? It's been discussed before, most players are mercenary bastards, especially the sort of rubbish we have brought in for nowt. The squad needs a clear-out, if Colin can get rid of a few of SGs garbage now that'd be great, but I expect carnage this summer.

i thought this was half-interesting. a combination of publicly singling Lees out [again] for having made a mistake whilst also talking up his potential massively. not sure that i'd have bothered with either myself, but...

Yeah that Lees thing smacks to me of regretting laying into him in public on Sat in his post match red mist. Is now giving him a public cuddle, without completely backing off.

Thought Connelly was more to blame for the West Ham goal if anything, his attempt at closing down McCartney in the lead up to the corner was fucking pathetic.

Does this imply Colin has asked for a larger budget than we have this season?

"I’ve told Shaun and the chairman what I think I would need to get promotion next year. They’re quite clear in their minds that they’re going to try and provide that for me. It’s the only chance we’ve got."

I'm one of the hopeful ones that it turns out well this summer... but it's just as likely the shit will still stink the same. Wages offered won't be big enough. Players we don't want won't fuck off to free up money. Colin ends up like Larry did and unable to do what he wants so he leaves come December with us in mid-table, calling Bates a cunt for not spending what he told him he wanted, while Bates says he always told Colin what the limits were and we overspent on them anyway.
Only hope is that everyone seriously believes Colin's team for next season will be a promo winning side and they want to be a part of it - either as players or as the people who helped make it happen.

I though it sounded like Colin was turning on the pressure a bit when I heard his interview this morning, he was talking about 3-4 signings, I'd say we needed 3 in defence, 3 in midfield, 1 up front n cover for "Lonners" .. I make it 8 :D with 15 or so going out the door. We loose the wrong players then .....
