Game cancelled due to frozen pitch. Tight cunts have got undersoil heating but didn't bother to turn it on last night.

Leeds United's clash with Doncaster Rovers at the Keepmoat Stadium was postponed today due to a frozen pitch.
The noon kick-off in South Yorkshire was called off around 9.30am this morning.

A date for the rearranged match is yet to be decided.
Doncaster were expecting a sell-out crowd for a crucial fixture between two of League One's promotion contenders.

If it had been kept to a 3pm KO then the game would be on. Cunts.

It's a good job I turned my computer on really or I'd have been in the Ikea traffic nightmare before I found out. And they tend to frown on U-turns on the M62.

Can't believe that Doncaster didn't turn on their undersoil heating for their biggest match of the season. Will they get a rap from the FA - like hell.

That said, with our current form it's probably not a bad thing the game's been postponed.

Someone on Waccoe saying they don't actually have undersoil heating, but they didn't put the covers on either. Tight fuckers. Can't believe they didn't stick those underground heating pipe things in on a new-build. I've seen Grand Designs, apparently it's all the rage.

Turned up at ER to catch the bus, and was told the game was off just before climbing aboard.
Fancy not putting covers on last night,it was forecast a keen frost, useless.
The FL should do something about this, like take another 15 points off us.
I will probably have to book a day off work now for the replay.
It's 2008 and we can't play a game 'cos of a frosty pitch.
Doncaster has always been stuck in 1908 anyway.....tossers :x
Don't tell him pike

Annoying, yes - on the other hand, this game probably came too early in our \"revival\" under Gary Mac and we'll ahve Beckford back for the rearranged fixture, so mayeb it's better in the long run.
Easy for me to say, 'cause I couldn't go today...

They should be shut down, the pitch and ground ploughed under and the earth on the site laced with salt.

I would imagine there are plenty of Leeds fans in the same situation all over the country.

3 Irish lads flew into Donny yesterday, stopping at my local for the weekend, all the pubs in town are shut till 4pm. I imagine they'll be well pissed off.
I gave up beer, it was the worst 15 minutes of my life.

Travelled down from Middlesbrough. Found out the game was called off at 11.10 as i was walking to the ground. Never thought with it being a new ground it wouldn't have under soil heating so never checked.

Got to laugh at thr police though, if they hadn't of moved the kick off, the game would have probally gone ahead. But now they have to suffer a evening game.
