2019-20 | Issue 07

Our seventh issue of 2019/20, The Square Ball’s 30th season, is an A5 full colour magazine, first on sale when… ah, yeah, about that.

The shutdown of football due to the coronavirus outbreak has affected our ability to sell issue seven — it would have gone on sale at Elland Road for the Luton game, but who knows if/when that’ll be played.

Thanks to everyone who pre-ordered this issue to help us decide how many to print — and helping us make a donation for every pre-order to the Leeds United Supporters’ Trust’s Leeds Fans’ Foodbank. (They’re still going to need money, so you can help them directly here.)

If you really want to hold on and buy in person at the next game, whenever that is, we’ll be keeping some copies back to try and cover you. Hopefully we’ll be seeing each other soon.

If you want to try the digital version, you can get that here too.

Want to receive all our magazines for the rest of the season? You can still buy a half-season subscription here to get issues 5 to 8. (We’ll donate to Leeds Fans’ Foodbank from these, too.)

As always our seven times-nominated and twice FSF Award winning fanzine includes lots of pages of articles and artwork about the pain and the glory, but mostly the pain, of being a Leeds United supporter, for 100 long, long years.

In this issue we’ve got features on how to pass the time without football, the Covid-19 situation in Italy, the futures of Berardi and Ben White, appreciations of great goals by Luke Ayling and Tyler Robers, and much much more.

Thanks for your support as always.
