[/accordion_item][accordion_item title="Can you explain the price?"]Because this is a recurring subscription, the price is given in two parts: the 'sign up fee' and the 'subscription price'. The sign up fee is the fee for the 2019/20 season. The subscription price is then £30 per season thereafter. The language used is just a quirk of the software used in the online store You can manage your subscription via the My Account button[/accordion_item][accordion_item title="When will I get my magazines?" open=""]All new magazines are sent out by standard delivery around the matchday they first go on sale. This is usually on the Monday following a weekend game, but can occasionally be on the Friday ahead of the game, depending on print deadlines. If you want to read the latest issue of TSB but can't wait for your magazine to arrive, you can read the digital version while you wait. Simply click the Back Issues button and download instantly, or read articles in the subscriber-only section.[/accordion_item][accordion_item title="I'm not in the UK? • Limited stock - only 20 copies! Signed and personalised by the author. The Only Place For Us is, in TSB's unbiased opinion, an unmissable book for any Leeds fan. If you have a question about Elland Road, from how tall were the floodlights, to which Peacock pub is the oldest, to where exactly the well under the pitch is, the answer will be in this book. Did you know there was a well under the pitch? No? Then you need to get yourself a copy, and fast. On top of all that, this 288-page large format (bigger than A4!) illustrated hardback book opens with a foreword by none other than David Batty. These very limited copies will be signed and personalised by the author, Jon Howe, a long-time contributor to The Square Ball, Leeds Live, and many more.

  • Free UK Delivery A twenty year history of Leeds United as captured in the pages of popular fanzine The Square Ball, from its inception in 1989 through to its brief hiatus in 2008. From the highs of both First and Second Division Championship titles with Sgt Wilko's old pros and giddy European nights with David O'Leary's kids to the nightmare in Galatasaray and the heartbreak of the fretful into football's third tier following Peter Ridsdale and the PLC's calamitous financial incompetency. Not forgetting, of course, a healthy dose of vitriol for our friends from over the Pennines. Written as events unfurled, and without the necessary restraints of 'proper' reporting, this collection captures life at Elland Road as it actually was (or felt at least) in a way that writing with the benefit of hindsight can never achieve. This comprehensive history of TSB was compiled by its founder and original editor, Ian Dobson. All proceeds go directly to Ian with our thanks.
