The Square Ball is not, technically, a football club. But if we were, we’d design really nice football shirts for everyone to wear. And with help from Admiral, that’s exactly what we’ve done.
Following the release of our home shirt in August, here’s our TSB x Admiral away shirt for 2022/23 season, inspired by our new friends at Newell’s Old Boys, in our home away from home in Rosario.
Featuring stitched TSB and Admiral logos on a black and scarlet halved shirt, it has Marcelo Bielsa’s number 2 on the back. We know it’s a while since Bielsa left our city, but this was our first chance to make this shirt, so consider it our grateful post-promotion farewell.
Admiral, of course, have been making beautiful football shirts ever since they got started with Don Revie’s Leeds back in the 1970s, and this is the third project we’ve worked on together.
That’s the hard sell. You can decide if you like the look of this shirt and want to buy one! Here’s Simon from the Kaiser Chiefs wearing it in some pictures that our photographer Lee Brown took. We hope you do like it, and will like wearing it.
